Clarify what the outcome needs to be for each item to feel absolutely complete.

2. Prioritize

Prioritize the list.

Prioritize your list based on what’s most urgent and important today.

Identify your Daily Ambition – the single most important thing to complete today.

Only keep what’s essential – eliminate, automate, or delegate everything else.

3. Schedule

Make time for what matters.

Take care of any urgent and important items that take less than a few minutes.

Review your calendar and decline or reschedule any nonessential commitments.

Now schedule time on your calendar for the remaining items on your prioritized list.
